Multi-Platinum award winning country star Dallas Smith has announced the details for his long-awaited return to the road with the 2022 Some Things Never Change Tour kicking off in May. The reigning CCMA Awards Entertainer of the Year also shared the exciting news that he will premiere his brand-new single “Hide From A Broken Heart” (Big Loud), with a special performance during the 2021 CCMA Awards on November 29. Written by Mark Holman, Lauren LaRue, Ernest Keith Smith and Geoff Warburton and produced by Joey Moi, the global digital release of “Hide From A Broken Heart” and official video premiere will drop at 8pm ET on November 29, followed by the international radio release (Canada, Australia, UK, Germany) at 8:15pm ET.

The Some Things Never Change Tour 2022 with James Barker Band and special guest Meghan Patrick plus emerging country artists Shawn Austin, JoJo Mason, Kelly Prescott, and Manny Blu will kick off May 24 in Brandon, MB, and head to over 20 cities including Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary, Halifax, Kitchener, London, Ottawa and more before wrapping at Budweiser Stage in Toronto, where Smith last performed in 2019 in front of a sold-out crowd of 14,000+. The Dallas Smith Fan Club presale begins Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 10am local time through Thursday, Nov. 25 at 10pm local time, followed by American Express Front Of The Line presale on Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 12pm local time through Thursday, Nov. 25 at 10pm local time. Public on sale opens Friday, Nov. 26 at 10am local time.$2.50 will be added to the cost of each ticket to go towards Canadian mental health charities and services, on behalf of the Lifted Dallas Smith Charitable Foundation - a non-profit organization committed to ensuring that mental health services are accessible to anyone and everyone in need.

Entry Policies
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Outside food, drink, or alcohol is prohibited into the facility. Refillable water bottles accepted.
No bags over 12 inches x 12 inches x 12 inches. Soft-bags only. Guests with inadmissible bags will be required to return items to their vehicles prior to admittance.
For the safety of all guests, entry to the Meridian Centre includes walk-through metal detectors and may require wanding procedures upon alert from metal detector.
Bag search and inspection of all items carried into the facility is a condition of entry. Meridian Centre Staff reserves the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous, inappropriate, offensive or suspicious. Guests with inadmissible items will be required to return items to their vehicles prior to admittance. Patrons leaving items such as large umbrellas for pick-up at the end of the evening do so at their own risk. Confiscated items will not be returned.
No re-entry will be permitted. Meridian Centre is a non-smoking property. Certain game-day events may allow in-out privileges for guests to smoke in a designated areas.
Small collapsible umbrellas up to 12 inches in length are permitted.
No bikes, scooters, skateboards or strollers are permitted into the facility
During events, no DSLR cameras, professional lenses, recording devices, or flash photography permitted
Intoxicated patrons will be refused entry
Children must be supervised by an adult
Only service animals are permitted into the facility
Staff is not responsible for lost or stolen items
By entering the Meridian Centre, patrons consent to being photographed, audio and video recorded which may be used for publication or reproduction on websites, social media, or any other purposes pertaining to the venue.
Parking
Parking is very limited to game day operations and accessible parking in the Meridian Centre lot. Please park in one of the lots downtown. You can find more about parking on our website by searching for "parking"
