Know Before You Go

PARKING

• There is no parking on-site; we have limited accessible parking ♿ at the Meridian Centre that generally fills 2 hours prior to showtime. Guests with accessibility requirements who don’t get a parking spot can be dropped off at the front lobby and/or you can proceed to find parking in the downtown core. Both garages have accessible parking in them.
• Please refer to directions and parking to find parking in the downtown core.
  • There are two covered parking garages downtown within a 6 minute walk of the venue. The Ontario St. Garage and the Carlisle St Garage.

• The Meridian Centre has limited cash checkouts, only during IceDogs games.
• All concerts and other events are cashless.
• Please bring debit or credit cards for expedited service at concessions.

SECURITY CHECKS

• Guests must pass through a magnometer, before entry into the venue and admission tickets are scanned.
• Remove any large metals on your person, including your phone. Small bags may be opened for quick inspection.
• No outside food, beverage or water is permitted inside the venue. You may bring an empty refillable container. Water refill stations are located outside section 103 and 113.
• There is a strict no re-entry policy, once you have entered the building and been scanned in.
• Pocket knives of any size are not permitted.

• Ensure you have your phones open and tickets displayed on the screen and ready after security.
• Before departing ensure tickets have been added to your mobile wallet to make for a smooth entry.
• We do NOT have public wifi; adding the tickets to your Apple or Google wallet will help guarantee a speedy and seamless entry, and does not require internet connection
